In the Gandhi’s Ram rajya

Ram and Rahim were thought to be one.

In Ambedkar's conception Dalits were 

Considered to be lower than none.

Yet,

Exclusion has become the new normal

Hinsa the way of life.

There is only one way, that is my way.

Hail the Ram, but what ails the society?

Hail the Mohammed, why consider it impropriety?

Why can’t we hail the inherent human equality?

The answer, alas, is not blowing in the wind

Dig deep, the answer lies in our own mind.

Humanity that has been cast aside, let us find

In each and everyone, ties that can bind.
