Unusual Morning

In the realm of silence peace reins

Few thoughts mutate into words

Words match in a line and reach a dead end.

Awareness of flame on the mind is lit, and thoughts retreat a bit. 

The light of dawn slowly spreads, and darkness retreats

An occasional sound disturbs the quiet

In this silence, thoughts stay dormant

As if thoughts are prevented entry with silence acting as a doorman. 

Is this the state of bliss, henceforth won't give it a miss!

Only the intent was there, no effort was meant. 

I feel the surge of energy, body and mind in a state of synergy

Not knowing what to do I remain seated far away from lethargy.

The sky draped in grey clouds

Birds missing the sunshine quite subdued

Air hanging in a light mist 

This is how the morning broke, for you a gist.
