The choices I have made
Happiness that got fade
Life is sharp like a blade
With things to just wade
Tried leaving behind tears
Ended up in unknown fears
Every time there is a regret
As solitude is there to get
Smiles that just disappeared
Fears that thoroughly engulfed
Dreams that just don’t stop
Ideas that I must inadvertently drop
Life is always wanting more
Sometimes, in silence getting bore
No calmness in the inner prayers
Mind stopped listening to my soothsayers
What is that I genuinely want
What is that on sleeves to flaunt
I have no idea on this journey
That I took in haste and agony
No use fretting for choices made
Just waiting for the days to fade
