A Cry for World Peace

1

Peace! Peace! Peace!

No blood shed please!

2

War! Stop the War!

Can’t you hear the cries afar!

3

Torn are not the limbs and skin

Hearts that shattered of the kin!

4

Inhumane is the greed

The pain that war feed

5

Geofences expand and remain

As you are dug deep six feet down to remain

6

Where is the wisdom gone

When terror takes shape and born!

7

What do you want in war?

As you can never rest afar!

8

Don’t fight in the name of religion

For its created for divided unison

9

Peace is the breadth the world forgot

A silent truth that never bought

10

In stillness, everyone knows

That Peace blooms when silence grows!

11

No more cries, no more tears

End these wars and its worst fears!

12

In the endless years

Stuck in war, lost are human eras

13

Tracking the wars of the past

No one won, but humanity is lost

14

Stop the physical wars

Fight the demons of the mind wars!

15

In a war, a solider laid his life

A Politician gained his leg!

16

A young widow, took the folded flag

Saluting to the spouse who laid his life!

17

War brings only broken skies,
Let peace rise where the heart defies.

18

A child touched the coffin draped in flag

Opened the gifts unpacked in his dad’s old bag!

19

Lay down the arms and embrace the day

Not bullets but let love lead the way

20

No to war, no more pain

Let kindness pour like gentle rain.

21

Soldier gave his life without a sound

So that his country’s flag stands firm in the ground!

22

As freedom’s flag stand tall and flying in the sky

A folded flag was handed over to his wife!

23

Beneath the stars he made his stand

A silent hero laid to rest in his land!

24

He walked through the fire, with steady grace

For love of his homeland, he took his divine place!

25

A soldier’s breadth fades with the light

After he fought the bravest fight

26

A candle lit where he sleeps in eternal peace

For beyond war, he fought for his country peace!

27

Besides his grave, a young one stands

Holding the folded flag in his little hands

28

The blood bath flows in the ground

As the warmongers fantasies found

29

Terror can never be the solution

To any human flaws to be fixed

30

Broken bones and bleeding flesh

Remains of the war that went fresh

31

An infant child kneeled with tearful eyes

Honouring the hero-father who touched the skies

32

Fallen building, broken roads

As corpses of war, on the road floods!

33

Stop the blood and end the strife

Let peace restore the gift of life!

34

Pierced did the enemy bullet

Fallen did the finest human!!

35

Cracking sound of the mid-night skies

Stars didn’t shine, but war ships bide

36

Borders laid to protect people

But not to break the human boundaries

37

A family turned foe

Is worst than the enemy before!

38

A part of you gets killed

With every bullet pierced

39

There is no win nor loss

In war, its only human dead mass!

40

Her tears fall silent, lost in night,
A widow's heart, torn by the fight.

41

A mother looked into the skies

Searching for her son in the stars asking why

42

A heavily pregnant woman bid adieu

Hoping to her solider husband to come back true!

43

A dreadful call in the midnight

Telling her about the fallen son in country’s fight

44

A father in his old age

Took the pyre fire to lit for his son in reality face

45

Trembled did she in fear, asking her religion

She never knew that faith could end in terrorist gun

46

Be it for Amar, Akbar or Anthony

No war is ever funny!

47

A little child with one eye gone!

Looked in the sky wondering what went wrong!

48

A little boy wounded in war,

Was holding his flesh and hope coming from far!

49

Why did they wage a war?

Is peace a word so far!!!

50

Mankind don’t deserve a world war!

Stop the war cries once for all!

51

Borders burn where leaders vie,
Peace is lost beneath the sky.

52

Geopolitical tensions rise like flame,
Nations play a dangerous game.

53

Threat of conflict shadows the land,
Peace slips like grains through an open hand.

54

Shifts in power dynamics quietly unfold,
New empires rise as the old grow cold.

55

Asia’s rise, a dragon’s flight,
A force that shapes both day and night.

56

War in Ukraine, a cry of pain,
Echoes of hope lost in the rain.

57

Peacebuilding begins with hearts aligned,
Bridging divides, leaving hate behind.

58

Conflict resolution, a path to mend,
Where broken ties find a healing end.

59

Proliferation of nuclear might,
A shadow that dims the world’s bright light.

60

Regional wars ignite the flame,
While innocent lives bear the blame.

61

Global peace teeters on the edge,
Tensions rise, a fragile pledge.

62

Military power, a heavy hand,
Shaping fate across the land.

63

Growing assertiveness takes its stand,
Changing the course of sea and land.

64

Foreign policies, a game of might,
Diplomacy battles in the night.

65

Peace diplomacy, a gentle art,
Mending wounds that tear apart.

66

International collaborations unite,
Together we soar, reaching new heights.

67

Non-violent resistance, voices strong,
Fighting for justice, righting the wrong.

68

Peace and justice, hand in hand,
Building hope across the land.

69

The pursuit of peace, a steady quest,
Seeking calm where hearts can rest.

70

United Nations, a beacon bright,
Striving for peace in the darkest night

71

Red Cross, a symbol of hope and care,
Reaching out when hearts despair.

72

Pain of war, a silent scream,
Shattering lives, destroying dreams

73

Loss of life in war’s cruel tide,
Silent voices no longer guide.

74

Provide humanitarian aid with grace,
Lifting others in their darkest place.

75

Rebuild war-torn regions, piece by piece,
Where hope is sown, and struggles cease.

76

Displacement of millions, hearts full of fear,
Wandering souls, with no home near.

77

Instability shakes the ground we stand,
Uncertain futures slip through our hands.

78

Global conflict, a raging storm,
Tearing apart what once was warm.

79

The arms race grows, a race for power,
Building threats with every hour.

80

Uncertainty clouds the path we tread,
A future unknown, with doubts ahead.

81

War ends in dust, silence and pain,
Echoes of loss forever remain.

82

Refugees of war, fleeing in fear,
Searching for safety far from here.

83

A cry for peace, both loud and clear,
Echoes hope for all to hear.

84

Let mankind live, in love and light,
Together strong, we rise and fight.

85

May our future generations breathe free,
In a world where hope grows like a tree

86

Remove boundaries for mankind’s grace,
Unite as one, the human race.

87

May love flow beyond borders wide,
A gentle tide none can divide.

88

May soldiers come home safe and sound,
To love and peace where hearts are found.

89

Let the geopolitical tensions vanish,
And dreams of war forever banish.

90

May the world unite as one strong voice,
In peace and hope, let hearts rejoice

91

May children see stars and not the wars,
Chasing dreams, not closing doors

92

Plant trees, not bombs, let earth be healed,
With every leaf, a future sealed.

93

Build faith in a future shining bright,
Where hope guides us through darkest night.

94

Let us lift spirits of life, not coffins of war,
Embracing peace forevermore.

95

Let us bury hatred and greed deep below,
Not soldiers and citizens caught in sorrow’s flow.

96

Build bridges of hope, strong and wide,
Don’t burn them down with hate and pride.

97

Build walls of wisdom, not divide,
Let understanding be our guide.

98

May peace prevails across the lands,
Uniting all with gentle hands.

99

May the stars shine on all countries and creeds,
Lighting the path for all our needs.

100

Let the cry for peace end the wars,
Healing hearts and closing scars.
