Wrong judgment

                        A child was born in a four-tier caste system in a small village in India. He prepared himself for his education since the family had their traditional business of Barber as per the existing caste system. He disliked his ancestor business. To be born in the family of Baber was not in his hand. But to give up this traditional business was within his reach. He completed his school education. He wanted to be a lawyer in his life. As dreamed, he completed his degree in law. He placed himself in pipeline in the same field climbing various stages successfully and became the session judge. He gave his valuable services to nation as a lawyer and judge at various places in Maharashtra state. He retired as judge from the orange city court. As per norm, all judges couldn’t keep close family relationship with citizen where they are posted. They are isolated from the local community so that their relation with them should not have any influence on judgment of the judge.  As judge, he could not enjoy the social life during his career. There was living emotion in some corner of his heart. It was in hidden state during his service. After retirement he started mixing with people in the society where his home was built. He was taking initiative to join the neighbors and other in his length and breadth. Society people also respected him. He used to take initiative in all social religious functions. He used to pay a lion share in conducting social activities in his locality by open heart and mind. 

        He had two sons and beautiful housewife. one of the son had chosen his father’s path to became lawyer in his life. Second son wanted to be an engineer. As per their plan, both the sons clamped the aim in their life. Elder son was an advocate in the same city and lived with his parent. Younger son was working as an engineer in reputed company in Pune.

       Both sons got married. Couple was frequently going to their younger son at Pune. They used to stay with younger son during summer season in Pune since it is not too hot like orange city. Every body in family was independent and enjoying their life in their own way. Elder son was blessed with the son. Judge and his wife were very happy with event as they became grandfather and grandmother. Both of them were paying services to their grandson. Grandson was growing day-by-day.

      Some of the retired fellowmen formed an association in the society. The judge was the president of the senior citizen association. They used to meet on first day of the week in the evening. They talked on various topic and coming important events in every month. They celebrate the birthday of members on scheduled date. They formed the what’s up group for better communication among the members. They were posting various post, achievement of members and their families. if any, in the group. All of them were enjoying post-retirement life with mutual cooperation, understanding. They were sharing their thoughts, emotions and experience with each other to make their remaining life happy and fruitful.

               Some of the members used to go to see the picnic spots in the region with theirwives. They always planed for such trips for their enjoyment as usual. They were fond of the natural beauty of nature. They were interested about animal kingdom. They preferred to see the tiger project in the premises. They often go to visit these places by their own car. Some of the members as usual went to see the farthest picnic spot. The Judge with his wife also went to the same picnic spot with his friends in their own car.. No doubt, he was an expert driver. He often goes to many places in his own car.

       They enjoyed the trip. While returning back, they were late. It was late evening. So all members were in hurry. They following each other during the journey by their own cars. Since there were only two members in Judge’s car. His wife occupied the seat by side of driver. She was the patient of diabetes and blood pressure. Judge was driving the car. At some critical unknown point on the way, he couldn’t trace the heavy four wheeler vehicle standing on the roadside in dark. He was under impression that standing vehicle was in motion. He could not distinguish actual state of the standing vehicle. His judgment was absolutely wrong. His car dashed the standing vehicle. Since his wife was on the same site. She was seriously injured. Judge was quite okay. They were admitted in the hospital. During the treatment, the judge was recovered soon. But his wife was passed away. He felt very guilty for the incident. It was natural for him. He took her to enjoy life after retirement. He could not give her time and social life during his career. His vision and mission were as right as rain. They could not enjoy the social moment before retirement. They wanted to fulfill it after retirement. He really wanted to fill up that vacuum that was created during his service in their life. But he did not know, instead of filling the vacuum, he was going to create big vacuum in his life. While driving the car, he had taken the wrong decision and hence suffered a lot forever.
