What is the most Inspirational Movie you have recently watched?

Recently I watched “Belashuru” a film in Bengali, that revolves around an elderly couple Biswanath Sarkar and Arati Sarkar. They are the legend of the Bengali film industry named Soumitra Chattopadhyay and Swatilekha Sengupta. They have given their last performances outstandingly. Soumitra and Swatilekha Sengupta passed away 2 years back but people will remember their performances forever.

Last Friday, I went to watch this movie with my family. I strongly recommend you to watch this movie as it’s a nostalgia of a two married couple where Arati suffers from Alzheimer's disease. The family members realize that they are gradually losing her. The film also celebrates the bond that parents share with their children and other members of the family.

Here are some key takeaways from the movie:

The story, theme, and the plot – It depicts an outstanding mark in the land of Sylhet, Bangladesh. The natural beauty, panoramic landscape of Padma River, and the fabulous voice of a boatman will blow your mind with a lovely Bhatiali song. 

The Relationship and Character - The film begins with Arati running away from the house one day, while her husband Biswanath is out for a morning walk. This incident brings the entire family together. Biswanath and Arati’s four children all settled in their own lives and decide to take care of their mother. But Biswanath is adamant not to let her go with them.

Bond of Love - Belashuru is a movie of frustration and regrets about the pain we inflict on each other unknowingly at times. But then, it is our love that ultimately helps us heal, and find recovery in our relationships. We see Biswanath regretting the fact that he could not be there for his wife for most of their lives.

Song and Music – Music written and composed by our intellectual man Anupam Roy. The song and music especially “Ini mini tapa tini” is a dance icon all over the globe and “Sohage Adore” is an excellent composition of Anupam.

I recommend this movie as it is family-oriented and everybody should watch it.
