Weight loss

After the pandemic it has become very strange to come back to office as everyone has got accustomed to work from home. Sunita a colleague of Vanita came to office on Wednesday. Soon after coming by 11 am she told Vanita "hey I have come with so much of difficulty and am hungry, let's go down to the cafeteria and have something". Vanita asked her " How did you come by cab? ".To which she replied " Driver dropped me outside by car. "Vanita said "is this difficulty for you? ". Sunita replied" I had to wake up early by 9. 30 am to reach by 11 am". Vanita smiled. They went down and Sunita ordered vegetarian sushi with a large cup of mojito. Vanita took tea.

On Sunita's request "she ate three pieces out of twelve " and wondered " Who eats sushi in the morning? ". Vanita had breakfast at home and wasn't hungry. They went by 12 to work again. By 2 pm Vanita lifted her head on seeing someone knocking. Sunita came in and said" I am very hungry let's go for lunch". Vanita said we will leave by 2. 30 pm. At 2. 31 pm Vanita's door was knocked it was Sunita. They went down. Vanita ordered a bowl of veg biryani. Sunita ordered dal makhani, naan, rumali roti and lacha parantha with a big glass of soft drink. She ate and drank every morsel. Vanita was amused. She ate half a bowl of biryani. The remaining was packed by Sunita for snacks. Vanita took a cup of tea as she would fall asleep after so much food. They went upstairs back to work by 3 pm. By 5. 30 pm Vanita looked up to find Sunita telling her again "I am starving let's go down for snacks".

They went down and Sunita ordere garlic bread, vada pav and coffee. Vanita wasn't hungry but ordered Vada pav and coffee. They ate and came upstairs. Sunita told Vanita " I think I have eaten a bit more today". Vanita replied "No I think it was normal". Sunita then told Vanita " I am putting on weight". She then started searching weight loss techniques on google. At 8 pm Vanita told Sunita that she is about to leave. Sunita said "I will also come with you". Vanita asked " Has your driver come? " Sunita replied " No by the time he comes I will pack sushi and fried rice . By the time I reach home it will be late and I will have late dinner".

Vanita controlled her laughter with great difficulty after Sunita said "I am on diet. But I am not losing weight. Wonder why? " Well there is no answer to this question. If anyone has an answer please inform as it will assist Sunita discover the reason for not losing weight despite eating so less.
