The Stranger (Part-4)..

After Sangeeta left for meeting Ashis, Meera returned to her room and was trying to relax on her bed, but her anxieties are not allowing her to do so. Then Meera saw her sister Rima entered her room. She sat beside Meera and just asked her about her health. Meera knew her sister, definitely something is in her mind, which had forced her to come to Meera. Then Meera just hugged her sister Rima and said, " I am fine my dear. But it seems more little darling sister is not ok. Tell me dear, what ever is in your mind. I want to see you always cheerful. "Then Rima turned her face towards Meera and said,"You know since yesterday while I was returning from college by my scooty, one car is following me up to our house and then getting away. This I got myself confirmed today by watching that through my mirror. I was knowingly making my speed slow and having some little stoppage, then I could see that vehicle used to do the same from a distance. Then I got myself confirmed today. I too had noted the vehicle no in my mobile. The driver's face was hidden with a big face mask. But no harm was made to me though I had given many chances to the driver for doing so, because I wanted to know the intention. Who can be that? What is the intention? All these things were disturbing me. Today I saw your investigative friend Sangeeta and thought to share with you. Now take this vehicle no. I am now relaxed. Yes,I forget to tell you that from tomorrow onwards till the final examination our classes are suspended, so I will be in home." Rima gave a smile and little hug to Meera and left the room. Now Meera's anxiety has increased after listening to Rima. She is wondering so many things and wants to reach the root. Meera was feeling restless and looking at her mobile as she is expecting call from Sangeeta. Around 6pm Meera received the call from Sangeeta. She took her coffee cup and get into her room. Then she listened to Sangeeta.

Sangeeta just told her, "Meera the case is very sensitive and may be dangerous for us. I am able to know many things and it will be better that instead of discussing over phone, I will come your place after breakfast and we will discuss."Meera knew Sangeeta and her inteligence. She could now feel the seriousness in Sangeeta's words. Meera asked Sangeeta to come around 11AM, so that they can have enough time to discuss.Sangeeta agreed and their phone got disconnected.

Sara is watching Meera and her activities. She knew her daughter Meera and her friend Sangeeta. When both of them discuss secretl something, it gives an indication of some secret activity. Sara is very much afraid of this daring attitude of Meera, which she had inharrited from her father Manas. Sara still remember how Manas was encouraging Meera always for doing the daring activities. Manas was always proud of her both daughters and love them very much.During dinner Sara looked with a pale face at Meera and said, "Meera, you know that bith of are how precious for me. I can't afford to see any further problems with any of you. Darling, I am growing older. I want you both to have a happy and tension free life for ever. You can understand why I am saying so. Now please dear think of my condition." Meera was sitting close to Sara, she just hugged her mother and said, "Don't be worried Mom. I will never do anything to upset you. I just want to have some informations to protect all of us for any future problems. You know that it is always better to be self protective. You just relax." All of them finished their dinner and went to their rooms. Whole night Meera couldn't had a good sleep due to her anxiety. Sara also couldn't sleep well due to tension of both the missing of her husband Manas, Meera's accident, inspector Dinesh's words and Meera 's recent activities. Rima had a nice sleep.

Next day morning Meera and Sara woke up early. Sara has to resume her duty and join the school. Meera has to finish her morning work and be free for Sangeeta. They saw each other and kept silent for a moment. Then Sara told, "As Rima will be in home now, I will join the school from today. You and Rima can take care of everything. I will prepare the lunch and keep it, both of you can take it in the afternoon. I will leave by 10 o'clock."Meera listened to her mother and felt relaxed as she had asked Sangeeta to come at 11 am. Sara finished her work. Rima and Meera too finished their breakfast along with mother Sara. Rima packed the tiffin box for Sara and Meera ger her water bottle ready. Sara saw this and felt very happy for both daughters this care for her. Sara left fir the school at 10am, Rima get back to her study and Meera waiting for the arrival of Sangeeta. The door bell rang at exactly 11am, Meera opened the door and took Sangeeta to her room after locking it. Both of them sat silently and relaxed. Then Sangeeta started.

"Meera the matter seems to be very serious and having big links. When I was there with Ashis with the vehicle no, he searched that through the net, but nothing was available. The RTO had hidden all datas under him secretly as it was mentioned there to contact RTO. Then Ashis was saying 15days before one old man with beard came to the office for the enquiry of this vehicle and lodged a complaint of not delivering the goods of the company since 25days he worked for. The details of the company and complainant is here. The description of that person as was given by Ashis is bit matching with the picture of the person, who rescued you. then Ashis was going through some of his old road permit files to clear pending cases, while we were having tea. Suddenly he raised his eyebrow and looked at me. I came closer to him and could see the details of that vehicle, which had applied for renewal of road permit just two months back. You know that vehicle belongs to the biggest transport company R K Transport and the owner of that company is the big businessman turned M L A Mr Rajendra Kapoor. The same M L A MrRajendra was been asked questions by N C B five years back for his drug connections. That time he was not a M L A. He is now very powerful and can do anything. Why I told you fir not discussing anything over telephone, because I doubt might be your phone is tapped. Ashish too had cautioned me to be careful. Yesterday while returning from RTO office, I was constantly been followed by a vehicle. That's why today I took the public transport and came here. Now let us be very careful and handle it very delucately. I think you can understand, what I mean. "

Meera listened to Sangeeta and took all details collected by Sangeeta about the vehicle. She then asked Sangeeta to be careful and not to contact either Ashis or her for next week. Even they should have some gaps in meeting and discussions.Meera told Sangeeta to communicate through mails, and be watchful for further developments. Then Meera said bye to Sangeeta as Sangeeta has to go home by public transport.

Then Meera took her pad and note some points in that. She had now many questions in her mind now. She tried to solve it step by step. Still the activities of The Stranger, who rescued her, who went to RTO office, who followed Rima, who followed Sangeeta are taking her thoughts to different angles. She closed her eyes and started concentrating her focus on The Stranger.
