The Pizza Thief

Detective Kavya, the best detective in Rang Nager, was at Heemshikhar Ice Cream Parlour, enjoying her mango ice cream. After finishing her mango ice cream, she ordered another one and started eating it. Suddenly, a masked robber attacked her. He punched her in the face, slammed her forehead against the table, and pushed her. She fell to the floor. He noticed a gun in her pocket and snatched it. She tried to get up, but he kicked her in the stomach. All the people in the Ice Cream Parlour were shocked. The masked man ran out of the Ice Cream Parlour, and Detective Kavya got up and started chasing him. The masked man ran on the footpath, pushing everyone in his way, while Detective Kavya chased him as fast as she could. As the footpath ended, the masked man crossed the street and entered an alley. Detective Kavya hurriedly crossed the street and followed him into the alley. When she saw the masked man, she picked up a stone, aimed at his leg, and threw it. The stone hit his right leg, and he fell down. Detective Kavya grabbed his shirt and punched him hard in the face. He was about to attack her, but she grabbed his wrist firmly and punched him in the face. She stretched his arm and slammed him onto the street. He was seriously injured. Detective Kavya asked him why he had snatched her gun. The masked man, introduced himself as Chotu and laughed. Chotu said that although he didn't even know how to use a gun, he wanted to trouble her while she was enjoying her ice cream, so he robbed her gun. He laughed weirdly. He was in a yellow domino mask, a red T-shirt, yellow track pants, a yellow jacket, and red gloves. Rajveer and Nilima were shocked. The masked man said, "No more pain, no more grief, there will be only relief. You can call me 'The Pizza Thief.'" Rajveer and Nilima got scared. The Pizza Thief grabbed the pizza and placed it on the showcase. He punched Rajveer in the face hard and pushed him. His forehead collided against the wall, and he got seriously injured. The Pizza Thief grabbed Nilima's arm and slammed her onto the dining table, breaking it into pieces and injuring her seriously. He grabbed the pizza from the showcase and ate it hurriedly in a weird way. He jumped out of the window and escaped. Rajveer and Nilima were in shock. They went to Detective Kavya and asked for her help, but she refused because she was tired. Rajveer had heard that she was about to set a world record by catching her 100th thief, and he felt she should catch the Pizza Thief to make the record. Ragini grabbed his shirt suddenly, he put black pepper in her eyes too, causing her eyes to burn. The Pizza Thief pushed them, and they both fell on the floor, injured and defeated. He grabbed the double cheese pizza and ate it hurriedly in a weird way, then escaped. Ragini and Sid washed their eyes and were shocked to see the condition of their house. The Pizza Thief had destroyed everything. They immediately went to Detective Kavya’s office and met her. They requested her to help them, but she refused because she was tired. Ragini offered her a precious gold jewelry set in exchange for catching the Pizza Thief. Detective Kavya instantly agreed to help them. She visited their house and started the investigation. She found a piece of yellow cloth stuck in the corner of the broken window. Ragini told her that The Pizza Thief had worn a yellow jacket and entered through the window, so the piece of cloth was likely torn from his jacket. Detective Kavya checked the piece of cloth carefully. She went to Aryan Basin, a fashion designer and cloth expert. Aryan checked the cloth material and told her that it appeared to be new and recently purchased. He said that there was only one company in the city that made yellow jackets, and that company was AS Jackets. Aryan gave her the contact number of Afzan Sheikh, the owner of AS Jackets. Kavya arranged a meeting with Afzan and met him. Afzan checked the piece of cloth, sniffed it, and said, "You’re right, Detective Kavya. This cloth was produced by my company." She reached the location, and The Pizza Thief was sitting on a public bench eating a pizza. Detective Kavya confronted him, and The Pizza Thief was shocked. An intense fight broke out between them. After a lot of struggle, she overpowered him and handcuffed him. Finally, The Pizza Thief was caught. Detective Kavya was very close to her reward of gold jewelry, but then she changed her mind. She felt that if she caught The Pizza Thief for the gold jewelry, people might think she was greedy. So, she freed The Pizza Thief and allowed him to escape. The Pizza Thief ran as fast as he could and disappeared. Detective Kavya visited Ragini's house and told her that she was no longer interested in the gold jewelry set or in catching The Pizza Thief. Ragini and Sid offered her the most expensive jewelry set in the world in exchange for catching The Pizza Thief, but Detective Kavya refused. She had changed her mind and wasn't in the mood to catch him.

In the evening, Kartik Mahajan and Sheena Mahajan were at Bhojan Bhandaar Restaurant. As people were scared of The Pizza Thief, no one was ordering pizza. Kartik felt that The Pizza Thief was just a rumor and deliberately ordered a pizza. As soon as their order arrived at the table, Sheena asked Kartik, "What if The Pizza Thief is not a rumor and he actually attacks us?" Kartik was 100% sure that there was no one like The Pizza Thief in the city. As soon as he picked up the first piece of pizza, The Pizza Thief entered the restaurant and shocked everyone. He slammed two waiters, punched a waitress, and attacked Kartik. He punched Kartik's face twice and pushed him into a corner. Kartik collided with a wall and fell to the floor. The Pizza Thief grabbed the bottle of soya sauce from the table and splashed it into Sheena’s eyes. Her eyes started burning. He sat on the table and ate Sheena and Kartik's pizza hurriedly in a weird manner. Detective Kavya was coincidentally passing by the restaurant. She saw The Pizza Thief, but she didn't catch him. He escaped from there in front of everyone, and everyone on the street stood helpless. Detective Kavya had lost interest in catching The Pizza Thief. She ignored him and visited Heemshikhar Ice Cream Parlour, where she enjoyed her favorite mango ice cream.

The next day, Kiara Singh and her husband, Hriday Singh, were upset. They were at their bungalow and wanted to have a pizza, but they knew that if they ordered pizza from any restaurant, The Pizza Thief would attack them. The Pizza Thief still doubted that Hriday isn't unconscious, he entered the kitchen and picked up the bowl of hot milk and came at Hriday. Kiara was shocked. The Pizza Thief poured hot milk on Hriday's face and when he didn't move at all, The Pizza Thief understood that he is truly unconscious. Kiara started crying loudly in a weird way as her husband had gotten seriously injured. The Pizza Thief came close to Kiara and said, "No more pain, no more grief, there will be only relief. You can call me The Pizza Thief." He punched Kiara’s face hard and escaped from there, leaving her in tears. As soon as Hriday regained consciousness, they went to Detective Kavya and asked her for help, but she refused as she was not in the mood to catch a thief.

A few days passed. Detective Kavya was at Heemshikhar Ice Cream Parlour, enjoying her favorite mango ice cream. There were approximately 14 customers in the ice cream parlour. Suddenly, The Pizza Thief entered the ice cream parlour, surprising everyone. He looked at Detective Kavya, attacked her, and snatched her mango ice cream. He quickly ate the ice cream in a weird way. Detective Kavya grabbed his jacket and slapped him. The Pizza Thief punched her face twice, lifted her with both arms, and slammed her on a table, breaking it into pieces. Detective Kavya got seriously injured. The Pizza Thief grabbed two other customers and slammed them on the floor. He ran towards a nearby street. Some customers followed him for a while, but he escaped successfully.

Detective Kavya got up, furious. She started her investigation, checking every corner of the ice cream parlour. She found a wallet in a corner. There was an identity card in the wallet belonging to Mr. Papeetaa Parkar. There was another card of Dr. Mareez Gupta. Detective Kavya found the address of Dr. Mareez’s private clinic on that card. She visited Dr. Mareez’s clinic and inquired about Mr. Papeetaa Parkar. Dr. Mareez told her that Mr. Papeetaa was suffering from a dangerous mental illness that only he could cure. Papeetaa used to visit his clinic twice a week. Detective Kavya asked him if he had been treating Papeetaa for a long time and he visited twice a week, then why was his health not improving? Dr. Mareez replied that he was not in the mood to cure Papeetaa completely and wanted him to suffer, even though his aim was to save his patients from suffering. Detective Kavya could not understand Dr. Mareez’s logic behind not treating Papeetaa. She felt she might waste her time arguing with him. She took Papeetaa Parkar’s residential address from Dr. Mareez and left.

Two days passed. Lucifer Johnson prepared a double-cheese pizza at his house. He closed all the windows tightly to ensure no one saw him having pizza. He was sure that The Pizza Thief would never find him. Suddenly, The Pizza Thief broke the main door and entered his house. Lucifer was shocked. The Pizza Thief attacked him, punched his face twice, and slammed him on the floor. He firmly placed his foot on Lucifer’s chest. Lucifer fainted. The Pizza Thief quickly ate the pizza and escaped from there.

As soon as he reached a public bathroom, Papeetaa Parkar took off his costume. He then went to his house. When he arrived home, he was shocked to find the main door open. On the other hand, Senior Inspector Jyoti was having pani puri at Zayaka Pani Puri Stall. She had put her cellphone on silent mode as she didn’t wanted anyone to disturb her while eating pani puri. Suddenly, Constable Insaaf Singh arrived and informed her that Detective Kavya had freed The Pizza Thief. Senior Inspector Jyoti was shocked. She immediately visited Detective Kavya’s office and confronted her. Detective Kavya explained that a thief is meant to commit thefts, so who was she to imprison him? Senior Inspector Jyoti felt that Detective Kavya and Papeetaa were partners. She hated detectives who didn’t respect the law. She put Detective Kavya behind bars for setting The Pizza Thief free.

The next morning, Senior Inspector Jyoti read the news headline: "Senior Inspector Jyoti - The Queen of Justice." She laughed after reading it. Suddenly, Papeetaa entered her office. Senior Inspector Jyoti met Papeetaa Parkar at a secret factory. They laughed together. Senior Inspector Jyoti and Papeetaa Parkar were partners. Jyoti wanted to become famous in Rang Nagar, but Detective Kavya was more famous than her. So, she tricked her and finally got her behind bars.

Constable Insaaf Singh overheard their conversation and informed Super Senior Officer Devika. Super Senior Officer Devika arrested Senior Inspector Jyoti and Papeetaa Parkar. Detective Kavya warmly welcomed Senior Inspector Jyoti and Papeetaa Parkar to jail. They were sad for a moment, but then they had tea together and decided to move on and live peacefully in jail.
