STOMACH ACHE

One teenage girl Sofia comes from the school and quickly goes to the washroom. In the school during lunch her pain started in the stomach. She did not know what happened to her, she thought she eaten fast food yesterday so that is the main reason of the pain. She comes outside from the washroom but she doesn't get relief from the pain. She drinks water and some medicine but her pain doesn't stop. She is now going to her bed for sleep. When she wakes up she saw her bed is full of red color she check herself. And she starts crying.

Her parents went outside to attend Sofia's cousin brother's marriage ceremony. Next day Sofia doesn't want to go their school. One week later her school teacher comes to her home asking the reason. Sofia told to her problem then teacher guide her and giving knowledge about the first period pain. Every girl have to face this issue in her life. Its not a disease, it's a part of our body system. She guide her about health hygiene.                

Moral:- Many small kids and teenagers are not aware of health hygiene , sometimes they are crying they don't know what are happening to them, some are Harding they don't share. Some are not aware of it. Parents and school must teach them when the girls are in the age of between 11-14 , it's a time of her hormonal changes. Their body are developing. And must teach them about health hygiene.
