She is as calm as a serene sea. You sit next to her and she'd listen to all that you've got to say, patiently. One day finally somebody asked - Sarah, where do you get this immense patience from? Why is it that most of the people you know can't stop talking about how charming you are?

Sarah took a deep breath and replied - Mostly, it's because I'm curious to know about people's lives and it's always good to hear the restless souls and sometimes help them find a solution. You know, most of the time I don't provide them with a solution, they themselves get it while speaking. All they need is someone who is all ears to them. People need somebody to listen to them. But, alas! In this modern world full of the well equipped and latest technology, we've got so busy creating a robot that we are forgetting the simple pleasures of life and humanity itself"

Sarah always wanted to help people by listening to what makes them sad and their problems... How Sarah herself came out of the distress she comes across, if any? She'd pen it down. Yes, she says that writing makes her feel refreshed and rejuvenated. She'd write all her frustration and anger down on a piece of paper, crush it and throw it away. That way even if she doesn't have someone to her, there's her magical ink to absorb all the chaos that is within. Problems never bother her anymore. She knew how to deal with them beautifully.

Sarah is a psychiatrist. She helps people deal with depression and anxiety. She's saved many lives and people with suicidal thoughts. Her only advice to people is "pen it down/throw it out" but don't keep it to yourself and let it kill you. Our thoughts are the biggest cause of anxiety and all of us should know how to navigate them for better.
