Two days back I came across an article, that said children are getting hospitalized because of online studies. I couldn't believe it so I read it carefully.

The article said that because of the excessive use of mobile, young toddlers' eyes are being affected. Some are complaining of headaches, red swollen eyes, and some are struck seriously in the brain.

Somewhere this article was stating the reality. As before the quarantine has started children used to study through books, they were following a routine. In which they woke early, and went to school. They played and interacted with other kids and studied.

After school, they visited parks, and played around. They went for their extra classes, and hanged around with family during evening hours.

But from the beginning of the pandemic, kids were confided among the four walls of their hides, and because of that, their interactions with friends were cut off. Online classes submerged their innocent eyes in mobiles, laptops, and tabs from the early morning hours, to late noon. Even their breakfast is being done in front of these electronics.

After the online school, their extra classes are to being carried on online, so more pressure their brains and eyes are undertaking. Last but not least as they cannot catch up with their pals have started playing online with them.

Their extra activities like cricket, badminton, swimming discontinued because of social distance.

During the late-night hours they watch web series or TV with their families. Like this they are spending their precious time in the grip of the online networking arena, which is deteriorating their brain and hitting their systems.

As parents, we shouldn't take this article lightly as if we peep in the lives of our kids, they are completely linked up in the online system.
