My Mom Is My Hero

After the demise of my father at a very young age. My mom took up the responsibility of bringing me up. She is a strong, sensible, and a simple woman. 

She taught me the importance of honesty, inner belief, and simplicity of life. She brought me up as a person who not only understands the material world outside but appreciates little joys of the world around us. This helped me grow as a person or rather a person who understands the importance of inner peace as well as success and hard work. A person who doesn't let hardships break him or her.

She inspires me to continue my inner journey too. I love her for protecting me and nurturing me. She taught me to bounce back after every fall or failure. Actually we used to celebrate our failure, she would cook my favorite rajma when my grades fell at school or cheer me up by giving me a warm hug. Thanks, ma you are my hero.
