In a small village of Baberu tehsil of Banda district of Uttar Pradesh, there lived an old man whom the villagers used to call him Babuji. His real name was Janab Abdul Salim Khan/Muhammad Salim Khan but the security guard at The Ford Foundation Calcutta but probably because of being unofficial Diwan, the villagers started calling him with the title of Babuji.

He had four sons and a daughter and due to financial weakness, he was brought up by his maternal uncle who used to be the zamindar of the village. That's why in the last stage he went to Kolkata and joined the company, after coming back (resignation) he got his elder son married but after some time he started staying away from the family and he started taking care of his family, so the burden of the family shifted to others. It came upon the son (Janab Abdul Aziz Khan Barkati). He studied up to Intermediate, after that he stopped his studies and decided to go to Mumbai for the purpose of earning because he had to take care of the family but due to some reason he could not go and came back home. Facing a lot of hardships and difficulties (not producing enough crops), the maintenance of the house continued, then it came to know that there is a job in the police department for the post of constable, then he applied for this post, then after the rest of the process. He was selected on the post of constable (whose salary was Rs. 180 per month) due to which there was a lot of enthusiasm in the house, but some relatives were also jealous that there was so much poverty and today they have joined the police.

In this way, understanding the responsibilities, he also taught his younger brothers, in which one collection became Amin and the rest of the small business continued, and then from his own marriage to the marriage of his other brothers and sisters, in this way he fulfilled his duty and is now at home. I was pretty out of shape. But he still remembers the struggle done in childhood and the past moments and kept saying that no matter what position you reach, you should not be proud, that is, keep remembering your past, which may cause ego to flourish in you or will not give.

Learning:- To get success, one should keep on struggling and remembering the past, one should avoid growing ego.
