Raichand was informed about Lavanya's death and he couldn't believe it.

"Dad you are impossible. I am ashamed to call you dad" shouted Anish and went from there

Raghu too was going from there and was stopped by him.

"Raghu please listen to me. I never forced that girl for anything. She did everything on her own will coz she wanted money" he told

Raghu was shocked by listening to this. He did know that she was the sole breadwinner, but he never thought that she would go to any lengths to get it.

"Also, Malhotra was there that day," he told crying

"Oh, so it was Malhotra" he wondered to himself

"Now I just don't know how will my wife react," he told

"So, you not worried about the police Sir," he asked

"No, it’s not the police. My wife would take away all the business in case she found this out" he told tensed

Raghu was angry that he knew so well that the police won't harm him.

He just prayed to God 

"Let him too repay his sins here" and walked away

True to his words, the police were unable to trace anything against Raichand and they closed the case saying that Lavanya had committed suicide since she was feeling guilty of having cheated her family.

However, Shivani never believed these reports. 

Her father could not take that pain and his health started failing.

Raghu visited him one day

"I am sorry that I could not help you that day," he told holding his hands

"what are you saying," he asked surprised

"My master, Raichand and his friend Malhotra drove your daughter to commit suicide," he told

Shivani had been listening to this entire conversation.

Anger filled her eyes and she vowed to herself that the truth would eventually prevail.

"Raghu chachu" she stopped him as he stepped out to go from there

"Yes beta" he told lowering his gaze

"Can you please tell me at a length whatever you know" she requested

He gave her all the details and Shivani had meticulously planned everything.

She had waited patiently for her chance to come.

5 years later, in the present situation, she got that opportunity to hurt Raichand where it would hurt him the most.

His Son Anish, Anish Raichand.

She knew from Raghu that Anish had a liking towards boys though he did not divulge to her the details that he had sodomized him as a kid.

As luck would have it, the first day of her college, she bumped into them and Dev happened to rag her, and their friendship began.
