Human Nature

Human Nature

Dear Diary,

Living all these years, I have observed how mending typical human nature is inevitable. Humans have done immeasurable sins, just for greed. Humans have slaughtered, destroyed and have taken innocent lives for selfish interests, countlessly. Humans are futile, greedy and cold-hearted creatures that have called extinction on us, ourselves.

One of these feelings, that drive us so desperate and greedy are our wants, we might tilt the whole earth for it yet will definitely not use it after possessing it. The entity’s worth is always overshadowed when we gravely want it but when in its possession, our want is fulfilled and it serves no purpose to us anymore. We will dispose of it irrespective of the amount of blood and sweat that went in, so our wants could be fulfilled and foolishly not thinking of how it could serve someone else’s life and change it. This selfish nature of ours has been unbothered from the ancestral past, we have never enjoyed the gifts and beauty of nature and wanted to possess it which ultimately attracts extinction. As I stated, mending it is inevitable but practising to stop it is not thus we have to do whatever we can, to think a billion times before gravely wanting something and taking in mind how that unnecessary expenditure can be put to causes that result in communal welfare!
