Bookworm For Life!

Dear Diary,

We all are protagonists, protagonists of the story of life, one story unforgettable. A story with the hardships, the breakthroughs, the battles that require us as the knight in shining armor and a story with both joys and sorrows. But with the sorrows comes entities that get us out, the ones that’ll walk over burning coal for us.

In many such stories, they are our loved ones, friends and books… Yes, books, one humongous chapter in the story of life. The ones with joy to get us out of the dark times, the ones humorous to make the crying laugh, the ones leading the imaginative to their own fantasies and the ones that impact hearts.

These paper-packed bundles of delight provide us with the dreams we want to dream awake, the solutions to the mistakes we want to correct and fantastical lives we want to live, it's all paradisiacal in book town! As one bookworm myself, I have experienced how not reading books for a while impacts one’s creative thinking, one’s writing, one’s grammar and one’s imagination. If it is a room without books, it is a body without a soul. So, pay heed to librarians in school and the old authors that say and read for life!
