A three-month wait the doctors said to me but they actually meant 3 years,
At least I think I've been in this hospital for three years. I missed Daddy's funeral yesterday and that's why I'm here trying my best not to cry. "I miss you Daddy" I called looking up to the roof. Feeling the ring my father gave me before his death! "Good morning Miss Addison." Chloe (my favourite doctor here) arrived with a tray of food.
I quickly wiped my tears, because Chloe and I were like best friends yet she was an adult. "Don't try hiding those tears from me, A" She chuckled a little, sat down, and gave me the tray of food. "This is about your father isn't it?" She asked me. I nodded as I chewed on some cornflakes. I felt something inside of me like I wanted to fall apart
But seeing Chloe I wanted to stay.
9:09 pm
I slowly rubbed my eyes to see the hospital lights all off I needed the toilet but I couldn't move because of my legs and my wheelchair was with Chloe. This feeling was awful there was only one thing I could do and that was to try and walk. I held onto the wall and bed until there was nothing I could hold. So I tried to walk, and I started to wobble I felt like this was it I was gonna be in a wheelchair forever! Until I straighten my body to see the flicking lights and a little boy "Run!" He cried. I was confused I slowly walked towards him until I felt something grab me. I screamed I tried to look back but somehow I couldn't.
NEXT DAY
>I gasped to see Chloe's face as I woke up.
"Oh I didn't mean to scare you," Chloe said in a weird voice.
"Who was that little boy?" I asked "Huh, oh we don't talk about him much"
Chloe whispered in my ear. "Why" I whispered back, "he tells kids rumours about the hospital that aren't true!" Chloe whispered loudly. Chloe marched out of the room and I was all by myself, Chloe was never like this. I heard a knock on my window and it was HIM! I opened the window door a little "What are you doing here" I whispered loudly. "Run!" He told me "Run?"I said confused, the boy slapped his head. "You need to get out of here before they hurt you more," the boy said firmly. " they don't hurt me" I shot at him. "Do you ever feel sick or dizzy after you eat?" He shot back. I slowly nodded in shock."There putting stuff in your food, they do it to all the kids here" he sadly said. "They did it so much to my sister that she..." then he got interrupted by Doctor Chloe. "What are you doing here, and miss Addison why are you on your legs?" And then Chloe covered her mouth.

Chloe ran right for me until the little boy grabbed me and pulled me out the window,
We both managed to run to the police station and explain what happened. The hospital was out of business. And the little boy (Davis) turned out to be Chloe's son but since Chloe was going to jail and Davis's father was nowhere to be heard from he got adopted by my parents and now I have a little brother...
