Grandpa & Pakoras

It was the month of Sravana, where the clouds are moving for a rainy evening.

Myself and Grandpa sitting in the old cot.

He likes to listen to old classic songs of Indian cinema.

I am playing one by one and he is remembering his golden days.

Cool breezes touched us again and again. He asked me one question.

Do you know why rain comes post afternoon?

I said I do not know Grandpa.

He asked my mom the same question.

She left from the veranda and went inside. He is enjoying the songs again.

I asked him the answer. He said to wait to know the answer.

It started raining and raindrops are trying to touch our feet.

Meanwhile, mom came with plates of hot pakoras.

The aroma is so good and we started eating them. I forgot about the question.

After eating pakoras, Grandpa asked me the same question.

Do you know why rain comes post afternoon? I have seen mom's face.

She is laughing. Grandpa also started laughing.

I also started laughing and took another pakora plate to eat.
