So season 1 is going to an end. Naagin 1 is shown to take revenge for the death of his love from a family whom he kills one by one. In the end, she herself consummate her marriage to destroy her supernatural powers. She did this purposely owing to the guilt of having murdered the family of his love.


Now season 2 starts. That Naagin was shown to be in the hospital as she delivered a baby in three months. Everyone is shocked to see the baby so well developed in just three months. The baby is taken by an orphanage. As she turns three, she started to read books, especially those pertaining to supernatural powers.  


When she turned fifteen, she realized she hated men to that extent that she cannot tolerate even a male person around her. She was fond of snakes and serpents. Once she was in a shiv temple and she saw a snake dance. 


She realized she was born by a Naagin. She remembers all the episodes of season 1. The temple pujari tells her that she was born to pay for the deaths of the family that her Mom killed. As her love, the Naag was killed by mistake and not due to some hatred. 


As she goes to the family to ask for forgiveness, she sees the Naagmani with one of them. She listens to their talks. She comes to know that they are searching for her for some twenty years to kill her and get all transformed into Naagins to rule the world. The girl was the reincarnation of the Naagmaata. 


She plans an evil attempt. She befriends their grandson and starts seducing him. One by one she kills every member of the house. When she is about to kill her father, she remembers the love scene between her Mom and her Dad. She saves his father and kills all the other members of the family.


She arranges her own funeral and kills her body. Her soul is seen to leave her body and her father gets transformed into the same pujari who told her that she is a Naagin.
