For years, a loyal dog named Shiva waited by the door of his master, a hunter who had mysteriously vanished in the woods. Every morning, Shiva would sit vigil, ears perked, eyes searching for his master's return.

Days went by, and the passerby would serve him food, but he would not leave the house of his master and would guard his house awaiting his master's return.

Some people say, that before leaving for the woods, the hunter asked the dog to guard the house until his return, others say, the hunter did not take him along and hence met with such a mysterious death, still others say, the dog does not want to leave his place.

Slowly and gradually, the passerby would observe strange behaviors in Shiva.

At times he would lay down and whine against his master's chair and he would gently lie down against the wall as if someone were stroking his fur. At times he would pur and sway his tail as if he is talking to his master!

His bed was made for years and never got dirty, he remain healthy as if someone took care of him.
