She was spending a routine life there. In her weal and woe, She had got solace from Shantiniketan. She was a nature 

Lover. So the natural atmosphere of Shantiniketan had been giving her comfort always. When she became unhappy or was in depression Shantiniketan, its beauty, its charming appearance embarrassed her deeply. So within a few days, she would return to her jolly mood.

 She was familiar with every bit of  Shantiniketan. Its sky, wind, trees, ponds

Khoai, Tin Pahar, deer park, Salbithi, Amrakunja, Nandan, Sangeet Bhavan, China Bhavan, Hati poker, Padma Bhavan, Santiniketan building, Mandir (Upasana griha), playground, central library, Prantik,( the nearest railway station )were always with her. She spent a lot of time with them. In her breathing, she could feel the smell of Santiniketan. In this way, from her top to bottom she had a strong bond with Shantiniketan.

Her day had started with Baitalik, the morning prayer. Then she had been going to attend the classes with her friends. During leisure periods she used to go to the library. She could read books by her favourite authors. Sometimes she loved to read magazines. The library was one of her favourite places there.

She went to the playground in the afternoon. The evening was her study time. In this way, she used to lead a routine life every day. Sometimes she went to watch a movie with her bosom friends. During holidays, she spent her time playing with nearby friends. Before the Pooja festival, a series of functions were held in Santiniketan. She used to attend these functions with her family and friends.Most of the time performance had been done by the students of various departments.
