Once upon a time, a renowned constructor named Ghanashyam was living in a town. He was a kind-hearted person with an amiable character. His family members were very much loyal to him for his domestic management with discipline. He had a domestic servant who was an all-rounder manual worker with a degree certificate. His name was Ramesh and a householder having a wife, a son, and a daughter. Due to the sincere service of Ramesh, Ghanadhyam Babu was liking him too much. Ramesh was helping him in all sorts of domestic and construction works.

One day Ghana Babu faced a fatal accident while plying to his residence by his four-wheeler from the construction site. Instantly one of the passersby helped him to admit him to a clinic. Ghana babu's right hand was broken and treatment started. Ramesh was very sad about his master's condition. So after informing his wife Ramesh served Ghana babu with his utmost care and loyalty. After about two hours Ghanababu regained his consciousness and was very glad to see his servant's sincere attendance with him at his bedside. Then the doctor told to requisition blood as it was badly required for Ghana Babu's full recovery.

So the doctor tested his blood and found the group as A . Ramesh knew the fact and proceeded to the medical store to fetch the blood. But alas the same group of blood was not at all available as it was already consumed. So being embarrassed Ramesh ran to the ward and requested the doctor in charge to test his blood whether it is A. As per the fervent request of Ramesh, the most faithful attendant of Mr. Ghanashyam babu, the doctor did accordingly. When the report came out, all the medical staff members, patients, and surrounding doctors were seriously taken aback and thanked Almighty God on the occasion as the group was matched. Then pure blood of Ramesh was transfused into the vein of Ghana babu. Ghanababu then felt better and slept soundly on the bed after taking injections and medicines.

The hospital might be a place of birth and death, but for Ghanababu it was a soul-giving paradise. In this way, six months already passed away. In the meantime, Ramesh had been taking care of the business of Ghana babu with full responsibilities. The construction company was making a profit unexpectedly. Ramesh was so active caretaker that was unbelievable on the part of Ghansbabu while he saw with his own eyes after returning from the clinic. He felt it as if a flow of nectar from the blue. He started patting and embracing Mr. Ramesh, his worthwhile servant who created a moral sphere of honesty and fidelity. It was a burning example for all the domestic servants of Ghana babu's co-constructors as to which his joy knew no bounds. He not only prayed God for the wellbeing of Ramesh but also accepted him as his own full-blooded younger brother since then.

Wife of Ghanashyam baboo also was appreciated the lucrative deeds of Ramesh and advised Ghan babu, her husband, to consider the case of Ramesh that is the rehabilitation of his family members. Ghanababu assured her to do the needful. The next day Ghanababu called on his personal advocate to make a Sale Deed Agreement in favor of Ramesh. As per the deed, fifty percent of the landed property of Ghanababu was recorded in the name of Ramesh. God is very merciful and he rewards the proper one as per one's talent and human qualities in time without fail. Ghanababu by virtue of his sweet will trained Mr. Ramesh in the line of construction works. After a few months, Mr.Ramesh was thorough in construction techniques and became a co-constructor of Ghanababu. Though primarily he was a submissive domestic servant, later on he became a better builder of good morals. As Ghanababu was the only son of his parents he adopted Ramesh as his younger brother on the oath of Lord Almighty God, the Great. Ramesh babu also reciprocated his sentiment as a true younger brother with obediency and respect. People of the town and all kith and kins of Ghanababu liked him for his good qualities too.

Here is the story ends with some remarks that since the inception of modern civilization man has been struggling the building of own status by hook or crook. Some men became successful and some became failures in the long run. In course of time, the success started -dominating the failures resulting in stratification. For example the Bethis( unpaid labourer) of the regime of Old Dhenkanal, the slaves of the Roman Empire, Commons of UK, SC-ST of the Indian subcontinent, etc. Besides these unpaid laborers alias exploited people of the global human society, there is also a privileged alias dominating class of people viz. Baron and commons, Lords and Commons. In the ancient world exploitation of manpower was prevailing which was publicized. But exploitation in the ultra-modern society is quite hidden and dangerous which kills the downtrodden class of people ( BPL) just like the application of slow poison injected by the Rich class of society with acute shrewdness. However, still, there is also a godly man like Ghanababu in the current century who has the guts to help the laborer class like Ramesh baboos and rehabilitate them at any cost. But due to the majority of vulturous people's influence, this minority of godly men or godly women are silent in the apprehension of life risks. So whatever situation may be, either a strong reformer or an influential political leader with reformative motive is required for the establishment of a caste, creed, color, wealthy Shylock free and a disparity free Global Society in future with equal distribution of money.
