A Tale Of Flames

A Tale Of Flames

Once upon a time, in a lush village surrounded by sugarcane farms and mangroves, lived my grandparents, who were among the many farmers of the area. The village was buzzing with excitement for a wedding at my grandparents' home.

On a bright sunny afternoon, as laughter and music filled the air, an unexpected visitor arrived — a fire, which started in the sugarcane fields. The flames danced wildly, fueled by the dry stalks and the scorching sun. The villagers panicked; water was scarce, and the fire brigade, though called, seemed miles away.

As the fire raged on, my cousin had a spark of genius. He jumped onto the tractor, his face set with determination, and drove into the fields. Round and round he went, crushing the sugarcanes under the heavy wheels. The crushed canes smothered the flames, and slowly, the fire died out.

The village hailed my cousin as a hero. His quick thinking and brave action saved the day, turning what could have been a day of sorrow into a tale of triumph. And so, the wedding celebration continued, with an extra cheer for the cousin who outsmarted the fire.
