Safe Farm
Safe Farm
In a green village, there was a smart farmer named Arjun. He always planned ahead for any trouble.
One day, Arjun checked the weather forecast and knew it might rain a lot. While the other farmers were enjoying the sun and not worrying, Arjun started to get ready. He made the stream's sides stronger and made sure his farm could handle a lot of water.
The other farmers thought Arjun was worrying too much. "Why work when the sky is clear?" they asked. But Arjun remembered a saying, "It's better to be safe than sorry."
Soon, it rained very hard. The stream near the farms got bigger and started to flood. The other farms got flooded, but not Arjun's. He had made his farm safe, and his plants were okay.
The people in the village saw what happened and learned something important. They knew they should get ready for bad weather too. They all remembered what Arjun showed them: Being ready for problems is better than fixing them later.
