A Day in the Life of an Azad Hind Fauj soldier

Ballal was a member of the Azad Hind Fauj. Attracted by its charismatic leader, he left school to fight for the nation's freedom. Presently, he was standing in a trench fighting against the British in the hilly forests of North East. As gunfire blazed from both sides for a moment he stood wondering. Thousands of soldiers fought alongside him, some dying, some winning but would they ever be remembered for their sacrifices, would they even win freedom. But as enemy continued firing heavily and as the battle got prolonged, Ballal knew that it did not matter whether or not he would be remembered for as he stood there fighting and battling, he knew that he was battling for the right cause and if he died, he would die knowing that he died doing good.
