I admire women who lead, 

By action and not just words, 

For they are a totally different breed, 

Constantly sowing the seeds, 

Of the growth of development, 

Not only for themselves but for others in the team, 

They come from an unusual creed, 

As they have gone against the tide, 

Since ancient times, society has imposed, 

That women have no special needs, 

But need to be kept under lock and key, 

They can just be taken for a ride, 

What else can you expect in a world that is male-dominated? 

But still, it's a great feat, 

When you carve a niche, 

Even under such circumstances, 

And lead with all that you can, 

A big great salute to all the women out there, 

Who has made it big, 

Either in politics or business, 

Or even home and office, 

For nothing comes easy when you are a woman, 

It's always a two-way stride.
