Courageous Women

Let me not speak of my pain, 

Let me relish my new found gain, 

Let me bask in the glory, 

Of my long term goals, 

Let me not shed tears of loss, 

Let me give tears a final toss, 

For I have shed many,

Now come what, not any, 

Let me dance in the heaven,

I created on my own, 

Instead of revisiting the past I disown, 

Let me be thankful for all that I lost, 

Maybe that was all for the best, 

Because of which new doors opened in my thoughts, 

New horizons I saw in my life, 

I look back and feel proud to have moved on with courage.
