Poem# A Bird Trapped In A Cage

During the pandemic, 

This reality did strike, 

How difficult it's to survive in the cage? 

Maybe it was God's way of teaching, 

Mankind, a simple lesson the hard way, 

Humans don't value anything that comes easy, 

Maybe the lockdown was essential to value freedom, 

That which we take away from animals and birds, 

And trap them in cages,

Two years was a long time a learn a simple life lesson.
