Whispers Of Time

Whispers Of Time

1 min

In twilight's gentle, healing glow,

Where time and tide in whispers flow,

Moments dance on evening's breeze,

Like leaves that fall from autumn trees.

A sunset's blush, a lover's sigh,

A tear that wells, then passes by,

The laugh of children, soft and clear,

Echoes of a lost year.

A flower blooms, then fades away,

An ephemeral moment, a fleeting day,

Stars that shine and then are gone,

Each night yields to another dawn.

In every breath, in every beat,

Life's brief moments, bittersweet,

Like sand that slips through fingers fast,

Each precious, yet they cannot last.

Hold close these whispers, soft and rare,

For in their brevity, they bear

A beauty that defies the night,

Ephemeral, yet oh, so bright.
