To The Youth

To the youth this is!

Stand up,do not stand back!

You are needed to guide us, to tell us what we did wrong, to tell us what to do now!

You will get your rights, we stand with you and for you!

Your dream to hold a slate and pencil will come true 

Your wish to earn your own worth will come true 

You will be given your nourishment, for you deserve it, and all like you deserve it

Safety is foremost and we have failed that too

But no longer will we stand as failures 

We will abolish every disruption and threat to your being 

We will protect you, we will guard you!

Your desired peace will be returned!

Your youth will be returned!

Your joy will be returned!

We being us will return!

Your insecurities are not your flaws, they are fed by the monsters of our society, fed by all of us

Forget what we said, our deepest apologies there, we have changed,but you do not have to 

Your homes will be homes again!

Your wings won't be cut off again 

Even if you fall seven times, we will be there to support to rise up eight times 

Your dreams would not be materialised, your existence would not be objectified 

Your tears would not be brushed off, but wiped off from now 

Your visions would not be tyrannized, your aspirations would not be called out 

Your difference would not be derided 

This is to the youth! 

For whom we will stand up and never stand back!
