The Worst Times
The Worst Times
Little did we know that a storm was approaching,
Which would turn the world upside down,
And push everything to limits.
It was more than we could understand,
More than what we thought to be,
Not as small as we expected to be.
It demanded attention from all,
And when underestimated,
It turned the opposite of virtuous which cannot be estimated.
The job was to create panic and fear,
And to do away with lives,
It was all it wanted after all.
Day by day it turned serious,
Locking everyone to their houses,
As there was no other way to let it go.
Turmoiled by questions,
To combat was a question to the world,
To end it was another bigger one.
But the hope never ends,
This may take years,
But we'll overcome for sure.
