The Might Is Right

A grey colour cat

Couple lived in the corner

Of a godown the ground

Floor of an apartment,

Easily available rats

Made them much fat

While they were busy

One night there appeared

Like a villain, a sturdy

Passionate black Tom,

Jumped on the she cat,

Was instantly attacked

By her enraged spouse

Fierce fight lasted

For the whole night

Making the rats, reptiles

Stray dogs stirred up

At the early dawn

Tom compelled the opponent

To breath last, majestically

Walked out, followed by

She cat, wagging like

An obedient bride
