Thus, arrive Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday so fast!

Do they have a big aircraft in the house to fly past?

Why Mom Sunday come so late?

It lands slowly after all days are gone,

Does she live across the sky furthest away?

Oh Mom! Is she so poor like you - why such fate?

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday wish to stay around!

They feel not going home at all,

Who chases Sunday like hell?

As if the bell chimes every half hour instead of a full round!

Does she have chores in the house plenty on the plate?

Oh Mom! Is she so poor like you - why such fate?

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday look so morose,

They are not in good terms with the little boy,

When I wake up when Saturday night fades

I find Sunday smiling at me like a rose.

While bidding bye she weeps staring at me at the gate,

Oh Mom! Is she so poor like you - why such fate?
