Robbed By Beauty
Robbed By Beauty

Undoubtedly innocent was I
Committed to the task was I.
Focused on everything given to me,
Until your beauty robbed me.
It robbed me so bad
That I still cry on bed.
So dearly did I loved her beauty
That I failed to see its quirky nature.
So beautiful, it was worth loving;
Yet so quirky, it’s worth losing.
I love you, declare her lips
While her heart more than my desires.
Before I could ev’r taste her beauty,
While at home I was busy,
She’d been scheming to depart
Which I knew in part.
Yea, she acted a beautiful actor.
I was forced to act a debtor.
I was hated like a thief
Though none would believe.
Her beauty's diluted in brokenness
As I poured out in heaviness.
What should I name such beauty?
Surely, it’s a robbing beauty.
