Pleading

Death!

So many of my loved ones have been loved by you.

Then why do you not embrace me?

Of what wrongs am I guilty?

Do you not know that I love you too?

That I long for you?

Leaving the people you love, indeed gives you pain,

But what hurts more is, being left alone.

And you, dear!, are the one,

Who takes all the sufferings away,

Who heals all the pain,

And ends all the misery.

So,

Come, dear!

Take me away with you,

To the people I miss and once loved so dearly.

Bring the eternal darkness to my eyes,

For the light is unbearable to them now.

Come Death!

End me,

With all my miseries.

Come,

Release me from pain.
