My World Of Fantasy

My World Of Fantasy

In my world of fantasy, I’m Harry Potter,

With my magic wand, and broomstick,

I’m special, landing up in adventures,

With lovable friends and teachers as my support.

Here, I can fight my oppressors courageously,

I can convert them to rats and frogs,

And, keep them as pets or puppets,

With the help of fairies and elves.

Trials and tribulations at every step,

Voldemort plotting to oust me every moment,

I don’t worry, nor do I cower in fear,

For, I’ve learnt to trust my superpowers.

Can I not mingle fancy with my reality?

It’s bland, boring and outrageously horrific,

Living with heartless and self-centric people,

I yearn to transform them into dolls and toys.

I'm without a magic wand or a transport fancy,

But I do have some special prowess, I recognize,

For friends and families as cheerleaders for me,

Alas! I’m all alone, celebrating and mourning quietly!

Still, I won’t lose heart, for I’ll unfurl magic,

Making the two worlds blend and become habitable,

Through mishaps and harassments aplenty,

I’ll discover, for myself, a heavenly bliss.
