My sweet dream

There was a trail of warmth,

started following it.

Landed in a strange place,

with a beautiful scent.

Felt like I was in heaven,

where there was no such word as depression.

All around there were sparkles,

which you had to marvel.

There was a chocolate river,

that never lingered.

The fairies twirled ,

making the flowers swirl.

There was also a house,

knocked on it.

And believe it or not,

the gingerman came hopping out.

Walked on the soft green grass,

saw a unicorn gazing around.

with it's wings shimmering

and it's mane glinting in the moonlight.

I sat on it's back,

we flew higher and higher.

That feeling was the best,

yet the simplest.

But then I felt something,

dragging me down.

I opened my eyes suddenly,

and it had just been a sweet dream.
