India : My Pride

India is my country,

India is my pride,

I will always protect it with all my might.

The heritage,

The culture,

The languages,

The clothes,

The festivals,

The music,

The dances and all.

Our leaders made us independent,

That history is still within us.

Diversity makes us unique.

The tricolour colour flag represents our success.

The golden bird in the cage now flies high above in the sky.

Our success is unstoppable.

Our army stands to protect us,

Their power is unmatchable.

The lives given to protect India,

Will always be unforgotten.

We may not be number 1,

But we are proud to Indians

India is in my heart and will always be.
