Love yourself first before falling for someone else (Task-2)
Love yourself first before falling for someone else (Task-2)
Like those falling leaves in the Autumn season,
My heart was too falling for thy warm love,
Longing for thy compeer for nay mean reason,
Grappling to mingle with thy askew curve.
Eyne ferreting the glimpse of thy cunning soul,
Thy apathy costing my faith & glee,
Thy absence killing my divinity for long,
Scribbling poem in mourning of thy love for me.
Buried my love beneath the surface of hate,
When found myself tucked betwixt fall & rise,
Twas burning my joy and quite sedate,
So ignoring alack I dream to touch skies.
Flying among birds amidst the white cloud,
And singing songs for chasing self-love loud.
