Kashmir
Kashmir
Is it an illusion or just my dream?
The vast valley spread with those
Achingly beautiful Chinar leaves
Those magnificent mountains
Sheltering the valley from sides all
Those beauteous bountiful blooms
Beckoning me to sit idly with their heady fragrance,
Falling in love with this romantic land
The sparkling cool soothing waters of the numerous lakes
Creates the illusion of a water nymph, stepping out of its ethereal realm
The sky touching pines invite the Gods to see the glory of the land
This bewitching beauty brings tears of joy, trying hard to seep in beauty unfathomable
Praying, beckoning God to lift the curse from the magical land
