Trust
Trust
Trust is more than a drop of blood,
keeping the thoughts fathom in a bud.
heartfelt desires where emotions flood,
broken to pieces in a pool of mud.
Dreams, which we carefully nourish,
that distant gloss which we all cherish,
See them uprooted before they flourish,
crippled, cribbed and totally tarnished.
You trust somebody with a tinge of fear.
because to you, it's very dear,
parting with it. you cannot bear,
and value it more than a drop of tear.
cling to it when you lost it for sure,
accept the gloom that it bore.
No hopes, no light left to lure,
sadness, the thing that you want no more.
Yet my heart wants a fantasy ride,
And the grass is greener on the other side
till I to mortal testaments abide,
and though to me every happiness denied.
