Drops of sorrow

In the ocean of joy

Bits of fight

For a small new toy

Shows of laughter

After the tears

Pieces of violence

Among the peers

Reasons to celebrate

And shoulders to cry

Wings of dreams

To touch the sky

Gifts of smile

And fun and fight

Sharing of thoughts

That showed the light

Breaking of hearts

And new hopes to cover

Creating a palace

Of dreams for the future.

I left that road

And came over here

While running for name

And fame and power

I found 'em all

But still alone

Tired in the race

I want to return.
