Time's Running Out!

Get up and get going! Else you'll be left out!

Never ever does it stop for anyone, time's running out!

Be it in school or in college, or at your office desk,

Time and tide wait for none, even if he's the best!

Whether it's a want, requirement or a need,

Time never really cares and pays a heed...

If you value time, you need to go with its flow,

Else you'll be left behind with your ego...

'Don't waste time', parents always said,

We never listened and showed them hatred..

Today we realise how much time means,

Wish we could see this when we were in our teens!

 

Time is precious and time is money,

If you respect it, the rewards will be sweeter than honey...

That's why I say get going and stop not..

Because as always time's been running out!
