Tear
Tear
It often happens
When the heart has a lot to say
But it gets no listener,
When the eyes have loads to share
But they get no partner,
And when a listener is there
Who can share and care,
The eyes and the tongue
Just pause and swither,
The words even fear
To leave the quiver
And the poor heart bursts out
With a silent roar,
The blood that eventuates then
Colourless and pale
Is often named as tear.
