As I Sit To Realize
As I Sit To Realize
Every morning starts
With a pristine freshness
A new firmness
To pronounce the spotted goals
To shape the declared roles
Of the numerous desires
That come in flashy attire
The heart, the mind, and the soul
Accord the various roles.
The time but throws a smile
As I sit to realize
At the end of the day
That the agenda was untouched
After countless tries
And the sigh dissolves
In the silence of the night,
No courage do I get
To scan the wrong and right
And to give a counter reply.
