September Rush

September Rush

2 mins
262

And then September came after a handful of letters,

Covered with rose petals and faded scent of sunflowers

She used to have.

And it is worth it

“Tripping over every emotion, I am just too tired”,

She said as I was looking down her chin glowing with salt-waters.

It pushed me

As if I was standing on the edges of the world

And all I could see was her forlorn face wanting my fingers.

It shook me

As if I was the only one on the street

With people who were unable to see me breaking down all over again.

It made me sad

As if the season came without any love in the air

And I was trying hard to smile looking up the sky.

Finally, got myself together and

Unclosed the window to see the East getting red.

“Hello September, Make the day beautiful.”
