The Three Monkeys

The three monkeys said

Hear no evil

See no evil

Speak no evil

But the human beings interpreted wrongly

And so they

Closed their eyes to atrocities

Closed their ears to innocent pleas

Shut up their mouth when they saw injustice

Women were belittled

Innocent were massacred

The planet was getting polluted in million ways

Then there were rebellions

Some from other human beings

And a big one from nature.

Consequently the humans

Opened their eyes to the truth

Opened their ears to the facts

And spoke against injustice

The three monkeys were

Finally corrected interpreted

And the world order was set
