I Had A Vision

I Had A Vision

I was asleep into a vision

A little bit blurry

Until that sudden collision

Made my head spin

I woke up in a prison

Of memories and thoughts

All caught up in making a decision

Continuously blabbering about the past and future

Lacking any sort of clarity or precision

I decided to take control

Filtering out the impracticable,

Setting up a definite goal

There will be obstacles and failures

But none can shake my soul

Dreams can get undone

Just keep looking for the sun

Aspiring to achieve is fun

Remember, it's a journey, not a destination
