If you knock on her heart, you will be adept to overhear the ghostly sobs & whispering of

A once brave and independent young woman. 

Her coronary artery beats unrhythmically, so if you bang on it, you'll hear it.

You will discover her to be torn and dispersed over clues once you know her innermost natural form.

You can see the flaming eyes that are carved with capability and despair on my face if you look at it. Sounds are muffled, 

and the hands are bound by fears of uncertainty and trepidation.

Flying out catches hands. The struggle to survive has become a real one.

Her chest is compressed by the pressure of her head, self-doubt, pessimism, and overthinking.
